Ballet Buddies
Ages 3-4
A gentle step into the world of ballet for your growing dancer. Children are introduced to basic ballet movements as well as classroom etiquette, musicality, and creative storytelling. Through imaginative themes and graceful play, dancers build poise, coordination, and a strong foundation while twirling with joy and wonder.

Hop & Tumble
Ages 3-4
Ages 5-6
This upbeat class introduces the basics of hip hop and tumbling in a fun, high-energy setting. Dancers explore rhythm, body control, and spatial awareness while developing gross and fine motor skills through beginner acro moves, balance work, and playful team activities.

Ballet Lyrical
Ages 5-6

This class supports emotional connection, spatial awareness, and the early tools of performance.

Jazz Tap

Along the way, they build coordination, timing, and confidence in a lively and supportive setting.

LEVELED CLASSES | AGES 7 and up
Dancers will be placed in the appropriate level based on age, experience, and teacher recommendation.
Ballet
Our ballet program fosters discipline, strength, and grace through a classical training approach. Classes include stretching, barre exercises, center work, and across the floor progressions. With a focus on posture, alignment, and musical interpretation, dancers refine technique and deepen their artistry as they advance through each level. Lyrical
​Ballet enrollment is required alongside lyrical classes to support technical strength, alignment, and fluid movement quality.
Lyrical dance allows dancers to express emotion and tell stories through movement that blends ballet fundamentals with contemporary dynamics. Students work on fluid transitions, floor work, extensions, breath phrasing, and expressive detail. As they move through the levels, dancers are encouraged to explore vulnerability, interpretation, and performance presence with growing nuance and confidence.

Acro Groove
A fusion of jazz, hip hop, and acrobatics, Acro Groove blends strength building and expressive choreography with athletic technique. Dancers progress through levels that introduce increasingly complex tricks, transitions, and grooves. Classwork includes aerial skills, partner work, and floor based combinations that challenge both body and artistry while encouraging style and individuality.

Hip Hop
Our hip hop program trains dancers in a high energy, performance driven style rooted in rhythm and individuality. Each class begins with a conditioning based warm up that improves strength, stamina, and mobility. Dancers learn foundational grooves, freestyle skills, isolations, and footwork patterns, gradually layering in musical complexity and personal flair. Levels advance in speed, technique, and choreography, building powerful movers with strong self expression and confidence.
