Tuition & Policies

• ​45-minute class: $85/month

• 1-hour class: $100/month

Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month. The primary payment method saved on your account will be charged on this date. Please ensure payment information is current. ​

Tuition is for the full 10-month school year, which takes into account snow days, winter, and spring breaks. It is based on a yearly fee divided into ten equal monthly payments. Your monthly payment is not related to the number of classes in the month. Prices remain consistent regardless of holidays or the number of classes in any given month. When you enroll, you register your child for the entire season (36 classes). While enrollment is for the full season, you may withdraw before the 1st of the next month to avoid further charges.

The registration fee is a one-time per season, per dancer/family

• Registration Fee: $35 per dancer / $50 max per family 

• Recital Fee: $150 for the first class + $100 for each additional class (billed November 15) Recital fees include costumes and production costs.

All dancers are automatically enrolled in our June recital (date TBA).
Participation is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
To opt out, you must notify us before November 15 to avoid being charged recital fees.

 

 

All tuition, registration, and recital fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or dismissal. To withdraw from a class, families must notify us in writing before the 1st of the new month to avoid being charged. Once tuition is billed, no refunds will be issued.

 

If your dancer misses a class, we’re happy to schedule a make-up in another age-appropriate class. Please contact the studio to arrange. Make-ups are subject to availability and must be used within the same season. Missed classes cannot be credited or refunded.

 

Private lessons are available for technique, solos, or custom training.
Rates:

• 30 minute lesson — $45 (paid in advance)

• 45 minute lesson — $65 (paid in advance)

• 1-hour lesson — $85 (paid in advance)

Private lessons do not replace regular class enrollment and must be scheduled through the office.

Regular attendance helps dancers grow confidently and keep up with choreography.
We encourage all dancers to attend consistently and arrive on time, as each class builds on the last. Please notify us of absences in advance so we can schedule a make-up class where available.

Available for recreational classes only:

• First class: Full price

• Second class: 5% off

• Third class beyond: 10% off

 

 

 

• All family accounts are required to have a credit card on file, regardless of chosen payment method. The card on file serves as a secondary payment method to ensure on-time payment.

• We highly recommend that families pay via ACH to avoid fees.

• Credit/Debit are accepted as a payment option but carry a 3% convenience fee.

• If no alternate payment is received before the 1st of the month, the credit card on file will be charged automatically along with a 3% convenience fee.

• Partial payments are not accepted.

• One parent/guardian is responsible for all financial communications and charges.

• DANCEHAUS does not mediate payment arrangements between parents or guardians.

 

 

• A $15 late fee applies to any tuition not received by the 10th of the month

• Accounts overdue 3 months will be sent to collections

• Dancers with unpaid balances cannot attend classes, rehearsals, or performances, and will not receive costumes

• Repeated late payments may result in removal from the program
